ZenBot ("the Service") is a piece of software that automates order placement on Delta Exchange according to a fixed technical strategy. It is offered as a software subscription, not as a financial, advisory, or fund-management service.
We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be profitable, will perform in the future the way it has in the past, or will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions. All trading carries risk of loss.
ZenBot does not hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your funds at any point. You connect your own Delta Exchange API credentials, and every trade the Service places executes directly on your own account, using your own capital.
Nothing produced by the Service — including signals, trade actions, or dashboard information — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade any financial instrument. The Service simply automates a predefined, fixed strategy; it does not analyze your personal financial situation or goals.
Any historical results, track record, or performance information we share (including from live operation prior to your use of the Service) is provided for informational purposes only and is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change, and a strategy that performed well previously may not do so going forward.
The Service depends on Delta Exchange's API and infrastructure being available and functioning correctly. We are not responsible for losses caused by exchange outages, API changes, order execution delays, or other issues originating outside our software.
While the Service automates trade execution, you remain responsible for monitoring your account, ensuring adequate margin, and deciding when to start or stop the bot. We recommend checking your dashboard regularly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed trades, or technical failures.
