1. What the Service Is

ZenBot is automated trading software that executes a predefined strategy (based on technical indicators) on your behalf, using your own Delta Exchange account and your own API credentials. We do not hold, custody, or have direct access to your funds at any point. You connect your own exchange account, and all trades are placed directly on your account using your own capital.

2. Not Financial Advice

The Service is a software tool, not investment advice, a financial advisory service, or a guarantee of profit. Trading cryptocurrency derivatives carries substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire invested capital. You are solely responsible for your decision to use this Service and for any trading outcomes, profits, or losses that result.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate Delta Exchange API credentials, scoped to trading permissions only (we strongly recommend disabling withdrawal permissions on any API key you provide).
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient margin/capital in your exchange account for the bot to operate safely.
• You are responsible for monitoring your own account and stopping the bot if you no longer wish to trade.
• You must be legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency derivatives in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Performance

Past performance of the trading strategy, including any track record shared with you, does not guarantee future results. Markets are unpredictable. We make no warranty that the Service will be profitable, error-free, or available without interruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, exchange outages, API failures, or other damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward the Service or its infrastructure, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
