Trading cryptocurrency derivatives carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all users. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Please read this disclosure fully before subscribing to ZenBot.

1. Nature of the Product

ZenBot is automated software that places trades on your Delta Exchange account based on a predefined technical strategy (Supertrend indicator with multi-timeframe confirmation). It executes trades using your own funds, on your own exchange account, using your own API credentials.

2. Key Risk Points

ZenBot does not hold customer funds. Your money stays in your own Delta Exchange account at all times.
ZenBot does not provide investment advice. It is a software tool executing a fixed strategy, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
ZenBot does not guarantee profits. No trading strategy, including this one, can guarantee positive returns. Past results do not predict future performance.
You are responsible for your own trading decisions and losses. By subscribing and connecting your API keys, you are choosing to run this strategy on your account. Any resulting profit or loss is yours alone.

3. Market Risk

Cryptocurrency and options markets are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply and unpredictably. The strategy used by ZenBot, including its stop-loss and recovery (martingale-style) sizing logic, is designed to manage risk but cannot eliminate it. In fast or extreme market conditions, losses can exceed what stop-loss levels alone would suggest, due to slippage, liquidity gaps, or exchange-side execution delays.

4. Technical and Operational Risk

Automated trading depends on multiple systems working correctly: internet connectivity, exchange API availability, our server infrastructure, and correct configuration of your account. Any of these can fail or be delayed, which may result in missed trades, delayed exits, or unexpected positions. We take reasonable steps to keep the Service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

5. Leverage and Margin Risk

Options trading on margin can amplify both gains and losses. Ensure you understand your exchange's margin requirements and never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for: providing accurate API credentials, scoping those credentials to trading-only permissions (no withdrawal), keeping sufficient margin in your account, monitoring your account, and deciding when to stop the bot. We strongly recommend starting with capital you are fully prepared to risk.
